SITTING JUMPS (figure 4)
•
Start off with the basic jump.
•
Keep your eyes on the canvas.
•
Land in a sitting position.
•
Position your hands in the canvas alongside your hips.
•
Push with your hands to stand up.
JUMPING ON YOUR FRONT (figure 5)
•
Start with the basic jump and land on your stomach.
•
Keep your head straight.
•
Keep your arms on the canvas, in front of your head.
•
Push with your arms to stand up again.
JUMPING ON YOUR BACK (figure 6)
•
Start off with the basic jump and land on your back.
•
When landing, keep your chin tucked well in against your chest.
•
Push your legs forward and upwards when you stand up.
