Picking-up a load
A.
Drive into the direction of the load to be picked up
making sure to center the load on the grapple.
B.
Stop before being into the load zone.
C.
Open the upper jaw at the appropriate position
depending on the load size and type.
D.
Slowly drive into the material to be loaded.
E.
Close the upper jaw to secure load. Lift slightly the
load.
F.
Slightly drive backward and make sure the load is
properly secured before travelling:
•
If load is not properly secured, release load and
restart the picking-up a load instruction of this
section of the manual.
G.
Position load at a safe, low traveling height.
WARNING
To avoid serious injury or death:
•
Make sure the load does not exceed tractor
capacity.
•
Always make sure load is centered into the
accessory.
•
Keep bystanders away at all times.
•
Always make sure no material is reaching or close
to be reaching the operator.
•
Always keep load as low as possible.
•
When lifting a load with the grapple, maintain the
angle of the grapple so that it never tilts
backwards towards the operator.
