Fine tuning the VX 7000
In most cases, the TV stations you have
tuned in to and preset on program
numbers in your BeoVision TV will be
transferred automatically to your
BeoCord VX 7000 as well*.
But, as there is a tuner in both the TV
and in the video tape recorder, slight
differences may occur in the sound and
picture produced by the TV and the
video tape recorder.
You may find, for example, that the
Hi-Fi sound of certain TV programs
recorded from the video tape recorder’s
own tuner is not as good as it should be.
The reason may be that these particular
programs need fine tuning.

type of BeoVision TV you have – you may have
to tune the BeoCord VX 7000 in to all the TV
stations in your area manually. Fine tuning of
the video tape recorder will then be carried out
simultaneously. See pages 30-31 for further
