The limit switch stops will be installed only after fastening the SAM.BA arms and the SAM to the pillar.
Fasten lever C to the rotation shaft as indicated in Fig. 11 using screw M10 R the washer plate G and the toothed washer R.
It is important to assemble the cam orientated in the same direction as the straight arm, as indicated in the figure. By doing so, it is
possible to fasten the mechanical stop in the correct position.
With the gearmotor released, bring the gate to the desired opening position.
Fasten the mechanical stop using the screws and the washers supplied. By doing so, the lever goes to stop on the mechanical stop in
the desired stoppage point.
The body of the gearmotor has different holes to use for this purpose.
If necessary, proceed similarly also for the closure mechanical stop.
The teeth of the mechanical stop allow sufficiently fine adjustment in most cases (pitches of 1° opening).
You can, if necessary, rotate the stop 180°. The asymmetric shape of the stop allows stoppage of the intermediate points.

The cables used must be suitable for the type of connection. For example for connections protected by a duct use
H03VV-F type cables, for the cables in an external environment use type H07RN-F.
The
SAM.E24
motor is equipped with a control panel to which the
SAM.24
gearmotor, the accessories (flashing light, photocells, etc.)
and the control devices (buttons, key selector, etc.) are connected.
Pass the adequately channelled cables through the cable gland prepared in rubber P.
For connection of the SAM.24 motor to the control panel, the section of the cable must meet the values indicated below:
