 For a Returned Material Authorization number, please contact Beneq 

Products Oy by email ([email protected]) with the model number(s), serial number(s) 
and brief description of the problem. When returning goods for repair, please include a brief 
description of the problem, and mark the outside of the shipping container with the RMA 
number.
