SELECTING THE FILM FORMAT
The machine is equipped with Auto Image Rotation. You can select the image format. By selecting the
image format according to the format of the film being used (portrait or landscape), you can make a print of
the same format as the film.
■
Portrait image format
Select " " (portrait) if the image on the Screen is
in portrait format.

Landscape image format
Select " " (landscape) if the image on the
Screen is in landscape format.
■
Auto Film Format Select Mode
If "Auto" is selected with the Film Format Key, the
machine automatically determines the film image
format (portrait or landscape) on the screen when
making prints.
NOTES
The optional Image Masking/Centring Kit
must be fitted to the machine to enable the
Auto Film Format Select mode.
Some types of film defy this function
depending on their shapes or density.
For such film types, use or mode.
