the battery does not charge in the Parent unit
• make sure the battery is installed correctly. The battery
light on the Parent unit should be on when charging.
• try removing the battery completely and installing
it again, then charge for up to 12 hours.
• if the battery is completely flat, it may take up to 30 minutes to
charge the Parent unit before it can be used for a short time.
•after time the battery may begin to wear out so
you might need to purchase a new battery.
