107 Door does not
close If the closure process with US motor
(M38) takes longer than 16 s until the
upper switch (S2/K2) closes or the
potentiometer value (R2) is closed, the
controller terminates the process with
error display.
Input (S111), (R2) is monitored during the
closure. S111
Door drive | Door belts:
US: M35 & REL35 open & REL36 close
CS: M37 & REL37 open & REL38 close
Motor doesn’t drive: Door drive belts intact? Replace belts.
Contactor activates: Check 3Ø voltage contactor, Check fuses
F11, F12, Check door motor capacitor.
Contactor doesn’t activate: Check 24Vac, Replace contactor,
Check output LED’s on Control PCB : Check wiring, Replace
Control PCB,
Motor drives: Check upper/lower limit switches. Check wiring.
108 Object in
Door US Safety switch actuator (S210) has
been triggered. If during the closure
process the safety switch actuator opens
Relay ESR1, the controller terminates the
closure process with error display and
reopens the door (M38). Input (S210) is
monitored only during the closure
process. S210 Door tape safety switch DS: ESR-1 & K1 CS: ESR-2 & K2
Obstruction in door track: Clear obstruction.
Check Tape Switch Relay PCB: Red LED: tape switch
disconnected, check wiring/plug, replace tape switch. Yellow LED:
tape switch tripped: No obstruction, replace switch.
Green LED: tape switch normal.
109 No
Communicati
on Communication between processor and
door panel PCB (IPD) has been
disrupted.
110 No Pressure Pressure in washing system has dropped
below minimum. If Switch (S211) is still
open during the program 90 s after the
filling phase, the controller terminates the
current program with error display.
Input (S211) is monitored only with
Utilities (M1-M4), (M7-M9), 90 s after the
program time and below 85°C. Monitoring
is inactive above 85°C. S211 Pressure Switch S211: Wash pump circulates water. Level sensor
ok:
Check for activation of S211. Replace switch.
