Abandoning a call in Hold
If the telephone returns to the idle state when there is a call on hold, the held call will ring
back to the extension.
To retrieve a call from hold -
While hearing internal dial tone with the
HOLD
key lit -
•
Press the
HOLD
key
•
The LED of the
HOLD
key
will extinguish and the held call will
be reconnected.
•
The display will momentarily show
the connected party identity before
reverting to the call duration.
While on a connected call with another
call on hold, the user can switch
between held calls by
•
Pressing the
HOLD
key
–
Both calls are non placed in the hold
state.
•
The LED of the
HOLD
key
will remain lit and internal dial tone
will be heard.
•
Pressing the
HOLD
key
again, will connect the user to the
first party that was placed on hold.
•
The display will momentarily show
the connected party identity before
reverting to the call duration.
