sync_install for Dashboard
SMP2 typically uses a Primary Control source and a Back-up Control source. The
sync_install
program requests periodic updates so the two sources can communicate with each other and
share any recent changes. (For purposes of this discussion, assume that 192.168.75.158 is the IP
address of the Primary computer and that 192.168.75.10 is the IP address of the Back-up computer.)
1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Enter
to open Dashboard on the Primary.
3. Open another Google Chrome.
4. Enter
to open Dashboard on the Back-up.
In Dashboard, the REDUNDANCY Tab displays the Primary and Back-up Eth1 (TLX Control)
addresses that will be needed in Step 11.
