Installation
Tunnel Placement
4) The driver side DuoScrubber® HP assembly has a bolted on posi-stop on the Base Plate, as
shown in the image below. Position this assembly into its tunnel location first.
5) Make sure that the driver side assembly is square with the conveyor and that the outside
edge of the base plate is the specified distance from the inside edge of the guide rail, as
shown below.
Note:
In this manual a 13” wide Conveyor is
shown in all images. If a 14-1/2” wide
Conveyor is installed at the site be sure
to add 1-1/2" to the dimensions to
position the driver and passenger side
