3.2 Examine & Repair of Cooling Troubleshoot

The machine doesn’t run cooling function
Check the LCD display
Display error code the relevant error code( see part 2 of chart 2)
Abnormal display see electric controller part( see part 2 of chart
2)
Display OK
If the room temperature is higher than the setting temperature.
Set the temperature lower than room temperature..
If it is restarting after a short time close.
Please wait for 3 minutes because the machine was
set a 3 minutes delay starting protection after closed.
From the vibration of the machine you can judge is the compressor is starting
or not, or use the
power meter to test and judge if the compressor is
starting.
See 3.2, Chapter 3 part 2 ---the compressor failed to start
After the compressor start, the temperature of the evaporator still doesn’t come down, the cause might as the
following:
1.
After start for minutes the compressor stop running suddenly, and acutely vibrate. Stop the machine and
restart after 3 minutes and it still can’t work. The possible cause is that the system was blocked by
something---please check the system and change the capillary; or the outlet vent of the compressor might
be blocked when jointing.
2. After the start of the compressor, the vibration is not very big, and there are frosts on some parts of the
evaporator, at the same time the working electric current is lower than standard. This because the
refrigerant is not enough. Please up charge the refrigerant R407C.
3. After the start of the compressor, the vibration is small, the temperature of the evaporator didn’t change at
all, and the temperature of the outlet vent of the compressor is just 50~60
℃. This possiblly because the
refrigerant completely leaked, please check the leaked part and sealed the again. After
vacuumized you can upcharge the refrigerant.
4. After the start of the compressor, the noise is vey big. After some seconds, the protector woks. The
temperature of the compressor is very high. Under this condition, please change the compressor.
