The up fan motor doesn’t run.
After starting the machine, choosing fan mode and see if there is any wind
blowing from the up motor.
Kindly check. Be sure that the setting
temperature should be lower than the room
temperature when in cooling mode; it also
should be higher than the room
temperature when in heating mode.

Slightly move the fan and check if something blocked the fan.

Check is the connection between the motor and the electric controller is well.
Connect again or change the plug.
