Changing the UV-lamp
The UV-lamp should be changed after 8000 operational hours. With the lamp
replacement check or replace the viewing window.
1.
The system should be safely isolated from the electricity supply. Wait for the UV
lamp to cool down (minimum approx. 2 minutes).
2.
Loosen safety screw.
3.
Remove protective cap with gentle rotating motion
4.
The lamp will pull out and carefully disconnect the socket. Do not let lamp fall.
5.
Install new lamp.
Caution
do not touch the UV lamp with bare hands. If this
happens, clean with an alcohol wipe (or similar).
6.
Assemble in reverse order

Check for tightness and firm mechanical/electrical connections

ensure no UVC radiation can reach the skin and eyes.
