3.1 Hotpress HP01 with programmable controller
The handy and double-sided heated hotpress HP01 with controller is especially suitable
for precise joining of PU and Polyester belts.
The hotpress is perfectly suited for the accurate welding of small profi les.
With its small size the instrument is manageable and space saving and can be operated
directly within a conveyor machine.
The custom removable mould stands out the with new hotpress as well. The prepared
endings of the profi les are inserted within the mould, the top of the mould is closed and
is inserted within the press.
For the adjustment of the height and bonding pressure the spring-loaded top force is
adjusted manually with the star handle.
There are different cooling times, because of the possibility of cooling with water or air.
