socket, always pull on the mains plug and never the mains cable!

Use only original spare parts from the manufacturer.

Keep the original packaging during the warranty period of the device so that
the device can be properly packaged up if it needs to be returned. The warranty
claim will lapse if any damage is caused during transport.
