The temperatures and cooking times
which are set for the programmes are
merely averages and should be adjusted
if necessary. As the various foods differ
due to their origin, size, shape and quality,
the actual cooking temperatures and
times may vary.
As with manual setting, the temperature
or cooking time for a selected programme
can be changed using the
and
SET
buttons.
While a grill programme is running, you
can switch to the
REST
programme at
any time.
5. Start the grilling process by pressing
the
button (
16
). The grill chamber
is heated up to the set temperature.
To stop the device prematurely, press
the
button again.
6. In the meantime, place the meat if
possible within the marking on the cold
grill rack.
7. Once the set temperature has been
reached, you will hear a beep and
the time display (

backwards.
8. Hook the handle (
4
) on the grill rack
and push it as far as possible into the
grill chamber so that the surface of
the meat is exposed to the maximum
temperature. Make sure that the food
being grilled does not touch the heat-
ing element (
9
).
9.
Detach the handle from the grill
rack again immediately
so that it
does not heat up.
10. Once half the cooking time has
elapsed, turn the meat.
11. When the cooking time elapses, the
heating element switches off automat-
ically. However, the fan continues to
run while the grill chamber is still hot.
12. Leave the meat to rest until it is
cooked to the desired level. There are
different ways to leave the meat to rest
depending on the size and texture of
the meat:
–
You can press the
REST
button (
19
)
to start the resting programme (The
temperature and cooking time can
be adjusted.)
–
and / or slide the grill rack onto the
lower rails (the thinner the meat, the
lower)
–
or place the meat on a plate.
