The temperatures and cooking times 
which are set for the programmes are 
merely averages and should be adjusted 
if necessary. As the various foods differ 
due to their origin, size, shape and quality, 
the actual cooking temperatures and 
times may vary.

As with manual setting, the temperature 
or cooking time for a selected programme 
can be changed using the 

 and 

SET

 

buttons.
While a grill programme is running, you 
can switch to the 

REST

 programme at 

any time.
5.  Start the grilling process by pressing 

the 

 button  (

). The grill chamber 

is heated up to the set temperature. 
To stop the device prematurely, press 
the 

 button  again. 

6.  In the meantime, place the meat if 

possible within the marking on the cold 
grill rack.

7.  Once the set temperature has been 

reached, you will hear a beep and 
the time display (

) starts to count 

backwards.

8.  Hook the handle (

) on the grill rack 

and push it as far as possible into the 
grill chamber so that the surface of 
the meat is exposed to the maximum 
temperature. Make sure that the food 
being grilled does not touch the heat-
ing element (

Detach the handle from the grill 
rack again immediately

 so that it 

does not heat up.

10. Once half the cooking time has 

elapsed, turn the meat. 

11. When the cooking time elapses, the 

heating element switches off automat-
ically. However, the fan continues to 
run while the grill chamber is still hot. 

12. Leave the meat to rest until it is 

cooked to the desired level. There are 
different ways to leave the meat to rest 
depending on the size and texture of 
the meat:
