Using the appliance
Insert the plug into a mains socket.
Break the chocolate into small pieces
and place them in the melting pot (1).
Turn the rotary knob (4) to the desired
level: Level 1 for keeping warm or
Level 2 for melting. The red indicator
light (3) comes on.
Stir the chocolate regularly during the
melting process using the spatula.
Leave the appliance switched on until
the chocolate mass has a smooth
consistency.
NOTE
Use the spatula (6) or a plastic

spoon for stirring or removing the
chocolate; on no account should
metal tools be used in order not to
damage the BIO-LON ceramic coat-
ing.
Instructions for use
The appliance is particularly suitable for
melting cooking chocolate or whole milk
chocolate:
For chocolate fondue with fresh fruit
–
(e.g. strawberries, banana, grapes,
etc.),
For fast melting of cake toppings,
–
For preparing hot chocolate.

Chocolate fondue
Ingredients:
100 g whole milk, dark or cooking

chocolate
50 ml cream
●
1 TS milk
●
1 packet of vanilla sugar
●
Pineapple, banana, mango, papaya or
strawberries are particularly suitable as
fruit for fondue.
Wash the fruit carefully, then cut it into
bite-sized pieces.
Break the chocolate into pieces and place
them in the melting pot. Turn the rotary
knob to level II.
Add the vanilla sugar and the cream to the
melting pot.
Mix all the ingredients with the spatula
until the chocolate mass has a smooth,
creamy consistency..
Push the pieces of fruit onto the skewers
or forks and dip them into the hot choco-
late.
