Output format
If only manufacturer scaling via the feature register is active, the output format is as follows:
• 1 digit corresponds to 1/10 °C or
• 1 digit corresponds to 1/10 Ω
If no scaling is active, the output format is as follows:
• 1 digit corresponds to 1/16 °C or
• 1 digit corresponds to 1/16 Ω
If the Siemens output format is selected, the lowest three bits are used for status evaluation. The process
data is represented in bits 3 to 15, with bit 15 representing the sign bit. Scaling of the measurement reading
according to the Siemens standard has to be done via user scaling.
