PO20 - Operation 33

O

PERATION

Ensure that the regulated pressure is set to zero by turning the PRESSURE
ADJUST knob counterclockwise. Also set the adjustable volume to its midpoint.

Connect the output of PO20 module to the instrument under test and to a suita-
ble pressure measurement module. Turn the 3-way valve to OPEN position.

To regulate the pressure, use the PRESSURE ADJUST knob. Observe the
pressure value from the pressure calibrator’s display. For exact pressure adjust-
ment, turn the 3-way valve to CLOSE position and use the ADJUSTABLE VOL-
UME knob.

To vent pressure turn the 3-way valve to VENT position.

The output pressure of the regulator should be set to zero and the 3-way valve
should be in CLOSE position when the module is not in use.

Warning!
High pressure is always dangerous. Read carefully the

warnings in part Appendix of this manual.
