WARNING

Plug the BABYCOOK into a 110 V
earthed socket
• Before using for the first time: for reasons of hygiene, complete 3 cooking
cycles (water only - level 3) following the instructions above. Then clean the
bowl and accessories with warm soapy water.
COOKING
• The lower part of the bowl is marked with measurement marking : 1, 2 , 3.
• These markings measure how much water to pour into the heating reservoir and
that sets the cooking time. Refer to the cooking guide, page 6.
• Pour the right amount of water into the cooking bowl (using the markings).
Always pour room temperature water into the reservoir.
• Pour the water into the heating reservoir and lock the reservoir lid.
• Place the basket with its contents of diced food in the bowl making sure that
the basket tab lines up with the large pouring lip of the bowl. Lock the cover
tightly onto the bowl. Then lock the whole unit onto the pedestal.
• Plug the appliance into the outlet and turn the button to the left towards the steam
symbol .
• When the cooking indicator light goes out, unlock the bowl lid by turning its
knob. Lift out the basket using the spatula and pour the contents into the bowl.
Depending on the recipe, you can either pour out or keep all or part of the
cooking liquid.
BLENDING
• Place the mixing cover on the bowl horizontally and ensure that it is lying on the
six lugs inside the bowl so that it does not slip during blending.
• Lock the lid tightly onto the bowl. Then lock the whole unit onto the pedestal.
• Plug the appliance into the outlet and turn the button to the right towards the
blender symbol
, until you reach your desired consistency (pulsing normally
takes 10 seconds).
REHEATING
• Food that needs reheating must first be put into in a small glass or plastic jar
and placed uncovered in the cooking basket.
• Pour in 1 measure of water. Then proceed as for the cooking cycle.
