3.6.7 Additional Connectors
WOR (Wake On Ring) (J17, 2-pin)
This header is used for remote wakeup of the computer through a modem. Ring-In
requires an add-in modem card with remote wakeup capabilities. The remote
wakeup header on the add-in modem card must be connected to the onboard Ring-
In header.
Onboard Video Enable/Disable (JP3)
Jumper 1-2 Close Enable (Default), jumper 2-3 Close Disable.
Serial Port 2 Header (J18, 9-pin) Optional
Serial Port 2 Header is for second Com Port addition cable connectors are optional.
CLR Power/CMOS (JP2, 3-pin)
This Jumper is chosen for clear CMOS Setting, you can clear password or all
CMOS Setting to Default..
WOL (Wake On LAN) (J8, 3-pin)
This header is used for remote wakeup of the computer through a network. WOL
requires a PCI add-in network interface card (NIC) with remote wakeup capabilities.
The remote wakeup header on the NIC must be connected to the onboard Wake on
LAN header. For Wake on LAN, the 5-V standby line for the power supply must be
capable of delivering 5V

5% at 720mA.
CPU Fan (J2, 3-pin)
Your Intel Processor may have an attached heatsink and Fan; this connector is for
the Fan 1.
