if there is no transportation damage noticeable:
h
open the packing of the module.
h
check the scope of supply on basis of the delivery note.
The scope of supply is:
m
BM4-O-CAN-03 (Option module CANopen slave for b maXX)
m
this operating instruction inclusively the copy of the declaration of conformity/declara-
tion of manufacturer
h
pack in the module back into the packing for transportation.
h
claim at the Baumüller substitution, which is in charge, in case there is a recognizable
transportation damage or if the delivery is not complete.
3.3
Dispose packing
The packing consists of cardboard and plastics.
h
regard the local disposal instructions, in case you dispose the packing.
3.4
To be considered by transportation
For the first transportation of the module, the module was packed in the manufacturer´s
company. In case you would have to transport the module later on, please consider the
following:
h
use the original packing.
or
h
use a packing which is suitable for ESD-sensitive modules.
Assure, that the following conditions are fulfilled during the entire transport:

2 K 3 (climatic category)
m
- 30 °C to + 70 °C (temperature range)
m
max. 1
g
Max. height of drop (packaged) 0.25 m
