removing the posterior casing (Fig.5)

The power supply cable is suitable for appliance operating on 240 V~ / 50Hz
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, it’s service agent or similar qualified
persons in order to avoid hazard.
THREE-PHASE ELECTRIC CONNECTION
Cookers designed to be connected to three-phase systems are usually equipped for single-phase connection
at 230V during manufacture and are supplied without the feeding cable. A feeding cable must be installed
according to the connection system; refer to the directions shown in table N° 4 to select the type. According to
the connection system you have chosen, move the U-bolts on the junction box as shown in Fig 6.
