Make sure that the packaging contents
are complete and free from possible
damage. Contact the retailer you
bought the product from or telephone
the After Sales Support number if you
notice that parts are missing or dam-
aged.
Do not use the product until missing
parts have been delivered or defective
parts have been replaced. The use of an
incomplete or damaged product may
lead to personal injury and damage to
property.
4.
Ensure that you have the necessary
accessories and tools for set-up and
use. This includes suitable personal
protective equipment.
6.2.
Inserting and changing the fitted
tool
WARNING!
Risk of injury!
Improperly inserting and changing the fitted
tools may result in injury.
1.
Before working on the product, pull the
mains plug out of the socket.
2.
Do not use any defective fitted tool or
tools that are cracked or chipped.
Check the fitted tool for damage before
inserting it.
3.
Do not use any flange/flange nuts if
their hole is larger or smaller than the
hole in the fitted tool.
4.
Only use fitted tools of the same type
as those shipped with the product.

Release the cutting depth limiter

Hold the spindle lock

turn the spindle

until it locks into
place.

Use the star hex key

to loosen the
clamp bolt

by turning it clockwise
and remove it with the clamping flange

Select a suitable fitted tool

Insert the clamping flange

into the spindle. Tighten
the clamp bolt by turning the star hex

anticlockwise.

Check if the fitted tool is fitted correctly,
moving parts run smoothly and the
clamp bolt is tightened.
Before working with the product, let it run
idle for one minute after changing/inserting
a fitted tool to ensure that the fitted tool has
been correctly inserted.
6.3.
Mounting the parallel guide
Do not use a parallel guide if the cutting
width of the work piece is smaller than
5 mm.
Fix the parallel guide from the left-hand side
to saw along parallel to straight work piece
edges.

Loosen the locking knob

ing it anticlockwise.
2.
Slide the parallel guide 15 through the
end stop guides (see
Fig. 4
, steps 1–2).
3.
Adjust the parallel guide until the
desired width is shown on the scale

Tighten the locking knob

clock-
wise to secure the parallel guide.
6.4.
Connecting the dust extractor
WARNING!
Risk of injury!
Harmful/toxic dust can be produced when
working on e.g. paint coats containing lead
and some types of wood. They pose a dan-
ger for both the user and nearby persons.
– If you cut materials that could produce
hazardous dust, always use a dust
extractor. This also applies, among
other things, to hard woods, MDF pan-
els and ceramics.
