Place the deep freezer on
a flat surface.

Ensure there is enough
space between the unit
and walls or other objects.
The rubber seal
comes off when the
door is opened

The seal is dirty (e.g.
sticky food products)
•
Wash, dry and replace the
seal.
The unit’s surface is
covered in mould
•
The ambient humidity is
above 70 %.
•
Air the unit out and remove
the source of the humidity
if possible.
The problems described above are only examples, and should help you in locating
the source of the problem. If these or other problems occur, disconnect the unit
immediately and do not use it. If you are unable to fix the problems yourself,
contact a customer service or sales agent.
The following situations are not malfunctions or problems:
A short, quick noise or clicking when the compressor comes on.
The sound of running water. This is common during normal use and is the sound of
the coolant circulating through the system.
