7. Possible Malfunctions
In case of malfunction immediately disconnect the device from the power supply. Before
contacting the customer service department or vendor check the troubleshooting table
below.

Remove the plug and insert
it properly into the socket.

Turn the device on with use

Check fuse, connect device
to another socket

Contact the vendor.
Insufficient
cooling
efficiency

Incorrect temperature
setting.

The device is in defrosting
phase.
•
There is heat source or
direct sunlight in the
device vicinity.
•
Poor air circulation in the
device.
•
Stored food products are
too hot.
•
The device is overfilled.
•
Correct the temperature
setting.
•
Wait until the device finishes
defrosting, check cooling
efficiency.
•
Assure sufficient distances
to the heat sources.
•
Assure sufficient distances to
the walls or other objects.
•
Cool food products before
putting them in the device.
•
Alternatively remove some
food products from the device.
When malfunction cannot be removed:

do not open the housing,
-
contact the customer service department or vendor and give
the following information:
type of malfunction;
article number and serial number
(see rating plate on the door shelf).
