5.2 Operating
Unit mounting and setup

Unpack the unit and remove all packing material.
•
The set includes a useful wall-mounted clamp, allowing for
space saving and easr-of-access to the mixer. Fix the clamp
to a convenient location and place the mixir in it..
•
If the wall-mounted clamp will not be used, lay the mixer on
a flat surface as it is not stable in an upright position.
•
Clean the unit prior to first use (see 6.2 „Cleaning“).
•
Prepare foodstuffs for processing.
•
Connect the unit to an appropriate electrical outlet.
Using the stick mixer
The stick mixer is best for preparing dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise, dishes for
children, and mixing of milk-based dishes and coctails.
