NUOVA ASP guarantees the good quality and construction of its products according to
standards and regulations in effect. In case of claims for default or defects of materials
or workmanship, NUOVA ASP will handle the repair of any equipment recognised as
non-conforming at its own laboratories. If prior written accords have been made with
the Customer, the goods may be replaced after ascertaining that the articles have not
been mismanaged or damaged by incorrect use or by unorthodox handling.
NUOVA ASPguarantees the correct operation of all the equipment object of the supply,
and the absence of manufacturing defects and material flaws for a period of 24 months
following delivery or 12 months following its installation.
