Barkey warming center III DTM
NOTE
Ensure that there is a spacer roll on each screw.
►
Strip the insulation off all four cables for around 8 mm. Crimp all four heating rod ca-
bles into one cable end sleeve. Now crimp the other three cables together in one ca-
ble end sleeve.
►
Reconnect both cables to the regula-
tor circuit board pin-and-socket con-
nector.
The three cables are connected un-
derneath.

Refix the cover plate (see Chapter 7.2).

Refit the heater insert (see Chapter 7.2).

Replacing the transverse airflow fan
Removal:
►
Remove the heater insert (see Chapter 7.2).
►
Remove the cover plate (see Chapter 7.2).
►
Loosen the clamping screws on the
two fan cables at the pin-and-socket
connectors on the regulator circuit
board, and remove the cables.

Cut the three cables which are fixed in a common cable end sleeve directly at the ca-
ble end sleeve.
