Selecting a source
The
Source selection
menu allows to select one of the different sources.
Another method to select an input source is via the remote control using the numeric keys.
How to select a source ?
Active inputs (signal present) are indicated in the menu with a red Barco logo, in this example (menu1) the projector has detected
at least one composite video signal.
To select a source do as follows:
1 Press

When to select "Data on BNC's" ?
Select Data on BNC's when a data signal is connected on the BNC's.
When to select "Component Video" ?
Select component Video when a signal of the type (PR/Y/PB) is connected on the BNC's.
For progressive signals (30 kHz) see next remark.
Remark on progressive Component Video (30 kHz)
A component video source of 30kHz (progressive video) cannot be treated by the video circuit, therefore one has to select "Data on
BNC's".
In the advanced settings of the image file the option Cr/Y/Cb has to be selected (see page 12-4).
Note: Selecting "Data on BNC's" in case of a component video signal implicates that the video signal will be displayed in a Data window.
