Pressing the
Esc

By selecting the

item
and pressing the touching
Enter
key

window appears
(if it is not password protected)
Here following the meaning of each item of this menu:

Service
- SPASH SCREEN
This allows to enable or disable the splash screen logo when the monitor
is switched on.
- INPUT MODE
This allows to select the input mode of the monitor. It is possible to choose
SINGLE_LINK (4 DVI SL cables used) or DUAL_LINK (2 DVI DL cables used)
NOTE:
Selecting the input mode different from the current one, will restart the monitor
- OUTPUT POWER
This allows to enable or disable the 5Vdc output on pin 16 of each DVI connector
to power, i.e. external signal conversion dongles.
- KEY LOCK
This allows to enable the key lock at different menu levels. If enabled,
en
tering the OSD will display a „Request for Password‟ window.
The password is made up by four characters; standing in front of the monitor
and excluding the left most key of the keyboard (Power On), you can label the
four remaining keys as 1,2 ,3 and 4 (from left to right).
So, if i.e. keycode is „4444‟, it means you have to press four times the
Esc
key.
The possible options are:
1) OFF
Key lock is disabled, no password is required at any level
2) SERVICE
Password is required entering at SERVICE sub menu level
3) FULL
Password is required entering at MAIN menu level
If the inserted password is not correct, a „WRONG PASSWORD‟ message
will be displayed

The defined password can be used for the FULL
or
for the SERVICE menu’ level
