Attach front leg (11), wheel leg (12) and leg support cup (10) to

bowl (7) with four screws (C) and four
large washers (H).
NOTE:
Wheel legs axle holes need to face each other as shown for easy assembly to the bottom mesh later.
Attach bottom mesh (14) and wheel (13) to wheel leg (12) and tighten with two nuts (D).
Attach bottom mesh (14) to front leg (11) and secure it with two small washer (G) and two wing nuts (F).
