Customer Service Menu 2.3
HW VERSIONS
This submenu shows the HW version for the different circuit boards or modules in
the system. These values are read-only and cannot be modified through the menu.
The following options are presented under HW versions:
- Product variant
- Tuner variant
- Stand variant (not used)
- Video Engine board version
- Status display type
- Size and type of the Hard Disk (not used)
PRODUCT
Product variant defines in which device the hardware is used.
TUNER
Tuner variant is detected from the tuner/DVF type or e.g. factory setup. It will
show one of the variants from below list:
- DVB-T2/C
- DVB-T2/C/S2
- No Tuners
VIDEO ENGINE
HW version of the Video Engine.
DISPLAY
Display defines the type detected. If a hardware display is detected it will show
DOT MATRIX, and if no hardware display is present, it will show OSD.
SETTINGS
CLOCK
CLOCK ON/OFF: Factory setting is On. The de-activation of the clock only applies
to the HW clock and not if the clock is present via Internet or DVB.
Missing clock function will make software and PUC update impossible.

CLOCK TIMEOUT
CLOCK TIMEOUT sets the amount of seconds that should pass before the clock is
removed from the status display/screen. The default value is 10 seconds.
AUTO ST.BY 15 MIN.
AUTO ST.BY 15 MIN.: When the picture and sound signal for the actual selected
device (external sources only) has disappeared for more than 15 minutes, the
product will go into the lowest possible power mode, depending on other activities.
The screen and the speakers in the room will be turned Off.
If, however, this function reveals some disadvantages it is here possible to
deactivate this feature (Off). Default setting from factory is On.
