The two displays give you information
about the CD you are playing.
The upper display has two lines:
The lower display can give you four
different types of information about
the CD:

The upper line shows which of the pecial CD
functions is being used, for example RANDOM for
random play.
The lower line shows how many tracks are
available on the CD. Tracks up to 14 are indicated
by a number, whereas tracks beyond 14 are
indicated by “+”. The current track number blinks.
Press repeatedly to switch from one
display mode to the other
Press the CD button while the CD is
playing
Your chosen display mode will be
maintained until you unload the CD.

Note: Remaining time can be read out only if you
play the CD in the ordinary way, that is from
beginning to end, without any special functions
cut in.
