Handle bar adjustment

1. Disconnect the plug from the extension cord and loosen the knobs (3b) anti-clockwise

to fold the handle assembly for storage (Figs. 8, 9).

2. Ensure the power cord (13) is not squeezed, and then tighten the knobs (3b) clockwise.
