MAINTENANCE SECTION
1) Change hydraulic oil and flush the hydraulic tank.
2) Replace the hydraulic suction screen(s) annually or every 2000 hours.
YEARLY CHECK LIST
O.K. Repaired
1) Replace hydraulic oil filter after first 10 hours, then quarterly or every 400 hours.
2) Replace high pressure filter after first 50 hours, then quarterly or every 400 hours.
Located on hydrostatic pump.
3 MONTH CHECK LIST
O.K. Repaired
1) Grease cylinder lug pins with 1 to 2 shots.
2) Grease upper frame pivot bushings with 1 to 2 shots.
3) Check and retighten fuel tank and hydraulic tank mount bolts.
4) Check alternator and fan belts on engine.
WEEKLY CHECK LIST
O.K. Repaired
1) Check torque on the hydrostatic motor to upper frame bolts after the first
20 hours and 100 hours thereafter. Use a criss-cross pattern when tightening.
2) Check torque on the cutter wheel to hydrostatic motor bolts after the first
20 hours and 100 hours thereafter. Use a criss-cross pattern when tightening.
3) Lubricate “Bandit” lever throttle cable (if equipped).
4) Check hydraulic pressure. Set to specified PSI (bar).
5) Grease grading blade pivot bushings with 1 to 2 shots (if equipped).
