of defective or worn parts, operation beyond rated capacity, or operation for a use other than this Product’s intended design;
substitution of parts not approved by Balzer Inc.; or modifications or repairs by others that are done in a manner as determined
by the judgment or Balzer Inc. to have adversely affected the material or workmanship of this Product.
NO EMPLOYEE OR REPRESENTATIVE IS AUTHORIZED TO CHANGE THIS WARRANTY IN ANY WAY OR GRANT ANY
OTHER WARRANTY UNLESS SUCH CHANGE IS MADE IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY AN OFFICER OF BALZER INC. AT
ITS HOME OFFICE.

No liability shall attach to Manufacturer direct or indirect for incidental or consequential damages or expenses due to loss,
damage, detention of, or delay in delivery of Products resulting from acts or delays beyond its control.
