IMPORTANT
The working fields are obtained from test boilers corresponding to the standard EN267 for liquid fuels and EN676 for gas fuels
and are indicative for the combination burner-boiler. For correct working of the burner, the size of the combustion chamber must
correspond to current regulations; if not the manufacturers must be consulted.
The burner shall not operate outside its specific operating range.
TECHNICAL FUNCTIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
• Dual burner, able to operate alternately with natural gas or with
diesel (max viscosity 1.5° E at 20°C).
• EC approval according to European Standard EN 676 for
natural gas and Standard EN 267 for diesel.
• Progressive/modulating two-stage operation with gas fuel, and
two-stage with liquid fuel.
• Hinge opens both ways to permit convenient access to the
mixer without dismantling the burner from the boiler.
DESIGN CHARACTERISTICS
Burners are composed by:
• Combustion head complete with stainless steel nozzle.
• Centrifugal fan for high performances.
• Ventilating part in light aluminium alloy.
• Conveyor with combustion air flow regulation damper.
• Flame inspection glass.
• Electronic command and control equipment with microprocessor.
• Electric motor for operating the fan and the fuel pump.
• Air pressure switch to ensure the presence of combustion air.
• Main gas train in EC version consisting of an operating and
safety valve with electro-magnetic operation, minimum pressure
switch, pressure regulator and gas filter.
• Flame control by means of UV detector.
• Control panel including on/off and burner off switches, fuel
selector, operation and shut-down warning lights.
• Automatic burner command and control equipment with
microprocessor in compliance with European standard EN298
integrated with valve seal control.
• Electrical system with protection rating IP40.
