ASSEMBLY OF VENTILATION SYSTEM
For burner handling, use certified chains or ropes suitable for the bur

ner weight using the anchoring points (21).
Position the half-hinge on the burner scroll in line with those on the
combustion head assembly.

Insert the hinge pin (10) in the position considered most suitable
•
Connect the cables (switch on and ionisation) to the corresponding
electrodes, close the hinge, locking the burner by means of screws
(11).
•
Insert the gas throttle control lever on the shaft and block it with the
specific nut.

• Check that the toe rod is positioned on hole 2.
MOUNTING BUTTERFLY GAS TIE ROD
TBG 80 ÷ 260... MC
When mounting the gas butterfly tie rod, respect the position of the
butterfly rod lever in the hole (3).
IMPORTANT
A different mounting position impairs its proper operation.
Use the specific chains or ropes connected to the respective eyebolts
and slots (21) of the burner.
ACOUSTIC SHROUD
If it is necessary to reduce the sound pressure level, install a suitable
acoustic shroud. (see technical price list and contact the dealer) ).
