ASSEMBLING THE GAS TRAIN
The EN 676 approved gas train is sold separately from the burner.
The burner is supplied by the gas train connection facing
downward.
The gas train can be assembled in different ways: -11, -12
Choose the most rational position for the set-up of the boiler room
and the position in which the gas pipeline arrives.
GAS TRAIN PRINCIPLE DIAGRAM
The basic diagram of the gas supply line is shown in the figure
below.
DANGER / CAUTION
Install a manual on/off valve upstream of the gas valve ac-
cording to the layout shown in the diagram illustrating the
gas train principle.
• To ensure optimal operation of the pressure regulator, it should
be applied to the horizontal pipe after the filter.
• The gas pressure regulator must be adjusted when it is working
at the maximum output actually used by the burner.
• The outgoing pressure must be adjusted to a value slight-
ly below the maximum possible value (the value obtained by
screwing in the adjustment screw almost completely); in this
case, the outgoing regulator pressure increases as the adjust-
ment screw is tightened, and decreases as it is slackened.
