t3 Short pre-ignition time,
if Z is connected to the terminal 16; then fuel confirmation on terminal 18.
t2 Safety time,
At the end of the safety time a flame signal should appear from terminal 22 of the amplifier and the signal
should remain until an adjustment stop. If this is not the case, the equipment will cause a lock-out stop.
t3n Pre-ignition time, if the ignition transformer is connected to terminal 15.
In case of short pre-ignition (connection to terminal 16), the ignition transformer remains active until the end
of safety time.
t4 Interval. At the end of t4, terminal 19 is live.
It is usually used for the supply of one fuel valve at the air damper servomotor auxiliary contact v.
t5 Interval. At the end of t5, terminal 20 is live.
At the same time the control outputs from 9 to 11 and input terminal 8 are galvanically separated from the
burner command control section in order to protect the equipment itself from return voltages through the power
regulator circuit.
With the LR power regulator consent to terminal 20 the equipment ignition programme is complete.
Depending on the different time set, the programmer stops immediately or after some "tripping" without changing
in any case the contacts position.
B Burner operating position.
B-C Burner operation.
During the burner operation, the power regulator commands the air damper with the rated load or minimum
flame position, to suit heat requirement.
The consent to nominal capacity occurs through the damper servomotor auxiliary contact v.
In case of no flame during operation the equipment triggers a shut-down in lock condition.
If you want to attempt an automatic restart simply disconnect the electric bridge marked on the safety
equipment connection part (electric bridge B).
C Controlled regulation stop.
In case of a controlled regulation stop the fuel valves are immediately closed.
At the same time the programmer re-starts and programmes.
t6 Post-ventilation time (with fan M2 to terminal 7).
A little after the beginning of post-ventilation time, terminal 10 is powered again so that the air damper is in MIN
position.
The air damper complete closure starts almost at the end of the post-ventilation time and is triggered by a
command signal on terminal 11 which remains powered during the subsequent burner switching off phase.
t13 Admissible post-combustion time.
During this period of time the flame control circuit can still receive a flame signal and the equipment doesn't
trigger a shut-down in lock condition.
D-A End of the command program (starting position).
As soon as the programmer and the command contacts return to the initial position the detection probe test
starts again.
Once the initial position is reached terminal 4 will be powered.
