BURNER CONNECTION TO THE BOILER
Lock the flange (19) on the burner sleeve by means of the supplied
screw (8) and nut (9) (n° 2 x BTL 20).
Place the insulating gasket (13) on the sleeve, by inserting the cord
(2) between the flange and the gasket.
Finally, fix the burner to the boiler by using the 4 stud bolts and relative
nuts (supplied) (7).
CAUTION / WARNINGS
Make sure that the combustion head is long enough to enter
the furnace to the extent specified by the boiler manufacturer.
The burner is equipped with a mounting flange which slides on the
burner head.
When applying the burner to the boiler, it is necessary to correctly
position the flange so that the burner head enters the furnace to the
extent specified by the boiler manufacture.
When the burner has been correctly fit to the boiler, connect it to the
gas pipeline.

SUPPLY LINE
The gas train is certified in compliance with EN 676 Standard and supplied separately from the burner.
Install a manual shut-off valve and an anti-vibration joint upstream of the gas valve, as shown in the diagram.
