8.6.7 Sensor Mode
Standard:
LED supply from DCDC converter;
Uledmax = 6 V (lower current consumption and less heat
generation)
Light Array:
LED supply directly from operating voltage;
UledMax = UB - 6 V
In sensor mode “Light Array” Tu_max is reduced to 45°C
when using power mode “High” if more than 4 BAE are
operated side by side or the BAE must have a lateral
distance of 5mm from each other.

8.6.9 Sync Mode
The sensor can be synchronized with other sensors. Here,
the BAE can assume the role of both master and slave.
The master must always be on the right. The synchroniza-
tion is done by an infrared interface.
