must be kept in working climatic conditions for
at least 2 hours.

2.  Fasten  the  handle  (for  BHG  models)  to  the

housing of heater with two screws M4x14.

3.  Fix the stand to the heater housing with a self-

tapping  screw  3.9x10  (for  models  BHG-10M,
BHG-20M).

4.  Install  the  heater  so  that  there  is  free  access

to the controls and air access to the air intake
openings.

5.  The  mains  to  which  the  heater  is  connected

must have a ground line.

6.  The heat generator must be grounded.
7.  Connect  the  gas  supply  hose  to  the  nipple

(5) on the heat generator. Make sure the gas
supply hose is not twisted, because this may
cause damage to the hose.

8.  Connect  the  reducer  coupling  nut  to  the  gas

cylinder.

ATTENTION!

• This connection has a left-hand

thread.

• Check  all  gas  connections,

turn  on  the  gas  supply  and
make  sure  that  there  are  no
leaks  (see  the  Maintenance
and Troubleshooting sections).

• Insert  the  power  plug  into  the

mains.

Turning on

1.  Operation  of  the  fan  heater  should
be  carried  out  in  the  range  of  operating
temperatures from - 10 to + 40 ° С.
2. Set the adjusting valve (3) to the minimum
power  mode  of  heater  (except  for  models
BHG -10, BHG -10M, BHG -20M.
3. Turn on the gas supply to the cylinder.
4. Turn on the switch (2). Make sure the fan
is working.

Maintenance

5.  Press  the  gas  valve  button  (4)  and  at
the  same  time  repeatedly  press  the  button
of the piezo igniter (1) until the flame lights
up. The gas valve button must be held for at
least 30 seconds, after which the burner will
light  itself  and  the  heat  generator  will  start
to work.
6.  For  BHG-20,  BHG-40,  BHG-60,  BHG-85
models,  adjust  the  gas  supply  using  the
adjustment knob (3) to the required power.

Disconnect

1. Shut off the gas supply to the cylinder.
2. After this, for five minutes, let the fan cool the
heat generator and then turn off the switch (2).
3. Remove the power plug from the mains.
4.If the gas heat generator is not used for a long
time, it must be disconnected from the mains and
from the gas cylinder.

Emergency shutdown

1. Shut off the gas supply to the cylinder.
2. Turn off the switch (2).
3. Unplug the power plug.
Ensure that the fault is repaired before use.

Maintenance

Remove the nozzle, check it and clean it by

blowing in the opposite direction of the gas flow.

For BHG-40, BHG-60, BHG-85

Remove  the  combustion  chamber  (make  sure
that  you  unscrew  all  the  screws,  as  well  as  all
the  wires  connecting  the  combustion  chamber
with  the  body  of  the  heat  generator),  remove
