• Mounting the left center bracket of the wheel axle on the frame

After mounting the center and side brackets, fix the left center bracket of the wheel axle (1) 

upside down to do this, proceed as follows:

 - Attach the left center bracket of the wheel spindle (1) upright (2) through the pins (3), lock 

washers (4) and nuts (5). 

Repeat the above procedure for mounting the right center bracket and  the  right 

and  left  side  brackets  of  the  wheel  axle  on  the upright.
