Assembly
MOVERE assembly must be made by resellers, using trained personnel, able and qualified
for this work.
Before starting the assembling of MOVERE, find an ideal place where you can easily identify
parts and assemble them.
Do not wear loose clothing, as they may get stuck in MOVERE.
MOVERE leaves the factory disassembled. To assemble it, follow the instructions below:
• Assembly of the section of discs
When you start MOVERE , always start with the set of disks for this, proceed as follows:
1 - Fit the locking washer (2), locking nut (3), nut (4) onto the shaft (1) and tightening it with the
bolt (5), washer (6) and nut (7).
2 - Then, place on the shaft (1) the disc (8), bearing (9), the other disc (8), separator spool (10)
and so on.
3 - When the assembly is complete with all discs, bearings, separator spools, place the convex
thrust washer (11), lock (12), nut (13), tightening with the wrench until the entire assembly is
tightened.
4 - Once finished, fit the disc assembly and tighten the nut (13) through impact. When the
maximum tightening torque is almost reached, tighten the lock (12) with the convex washer
(11), always tighten the nut until the drilling matches, fix it with the screw (14), washer (15)
and screw (16).

Check the right side of the separating spools and the bearings according to
the concavity of the discs.
