holders at the back of the appliance.
This
m aintains the m ini m u m distance
bet w een the appliance and the w all, the
chest freezer lid can be opened correctly
and ventilation is guaranteed.
Connecting
thea
pp liance
After installing the appliance, w ait at least
½hour before s w itching on the
appliance. D uring transportation the oil in
the co m pressor m ay have flo w ed into
therefrigeration syste m .
Before s w itching on the appliance for the
first ti m e, clean the interior
(see C leaning).
The socket should be freely accessible.
C onnect the appliance to 220−240V/
50Hz alternating current via a correctly
installed earthed socket. The socket
m ust
be fused w ith a 10 to 16 A fuse.
For appliances operated in non E uropean
countries, the identification plate should
be checked
w hether the electric supply
and the current m odel stated m atch the
vales of the m ains supply. These
specifications can be found on the rating
plate.
