ASSEMBLY AND SET UP
1. Safely lift and support the table so that the bottom of the table is high enough for the legs to
fit under the table.
2. Install a leg onto each corner and secure with the shoulder bolt provided.
3. Place the table at the desired location.
4. Using the adjustable feet, level the table in all directions as well as removing any rocking.
Attention Before Operation
Spray all fixturing surfaces with rust inhibitor when not in use.
Spray all fixturing surfaces with anti-spatter before and periodically during use.
Ensure reliable conductive ground connection.
Periodically clean the welding slag on the platform surface with oil stone.
To the extent possible, try not to fixture in the same exact area of the table every time. Using
the entire table surface will even the wear on the table and clamping hole and prolong the
table life.
DO NOT leave unused accessories or tooling on the table surface.
IMPORTANT:
Keep the surface and hole clean.
To avoid damage to the platform surface

Rough and heavy body parts should not be put on the platform directly. The contact
with the workpiece should be through the use of locating block.
o
It is recommended to use protective plate or pads when welding on.
