PLASMA TABLE START-UP PROCEDURE 

 

  Verify that all cables are connected to the console per the interconnect diagram. 

 

MAKE SURE

 all equipment is properly grounded. Consult a qualified electrician. 

  Verify that all components have the correct utilities connected both electrical and air.

lt individual operator’s manuals) 

 

Check that the torch has the correct consumable’s for the amperage you will be running at. 
Replace any torch consumable’s that appear damaged or distorted. 

  Be sure and connect the ground clamp from the torch power unit directly to the material 

being cut. 

  Turn on the torch power unit. Set air pressure on the torch power unit per specifications in 

the plasma cutter 

operator’s manual. 

 

Power up the control console: 

1.  Complete the connection of the console to the 

plasma table including connecting the console to a 
220V single phase power supply. 

2.  Twist the emergency stop button clockwise (

cw

) to 

reset. 

3.  Lift the clear cover and press the green push 

button switch to power the console 

ON

 

Checking motion of the servo motors: 

1.  From the Logo screen, press the ENTER key to 

enter the operating screen. 

2.  Use the key board Arrow keys to move the torch on 

the X and Y axis of the table. 

3.  Use the toggle switch on the control console to test 

the motion of the torch in the “Z” axis.
